Export allows goods to be legally taken outside the EAEU without an obligation to return them. The foreign trade participant must provide documents confirming the product characteristics, origin, value, purpose of export and compliance with all customs law requirements.

    It is important to note that goods exported under EK10 may be returned to the EAEU under re-import if no more than three years have passed and their condition has remained unchanged.

    The EK10 procedure includes:

  • preparation of the foreign trade contract and accompanying documents;
  • correct selection of the HS/EAEU Commodity Nomenclature code;
  • preparation and filing of the export declaration;
  • confirmation of country of origin and product characteristics;
  • interaction with customs authorities during control procedures;
  • compliance with restrictions and permit requirements, including certificates, licenses and technical documents;
  • support at all stages of clearance.
